FYI-OVR increase should be next Wednesday 3/18

Kinda wild only getting two weeks of 97 champs but it appears we should be expecting 98 champs next Wednesday.

Do you guys think we’re getting Ring Of Honor or the yearly OOP promo next week? 

Easter isn’t until April 5th so I wouldn’t expect it start that early.

P.S. The spotlight token sets for 97’s will reset after the OVR increase. If you haven’t already redeemed your limit of 2 then the next drop of flashbacks, UL’s, and collector’s series should be the last before they reset. If you have a ton of tokens sitting in the binder like me then it could be a good time to grab a few of these cards.

Easter is usually a two week promo. I wouldn't be surprised if that promo drops late next week. Also, ROH dropped on March 20th last year, which is the equivalent of March 19th this year. Would be crazy for both to drop in the same week.

Crazy. Well I certainly wasted coin this month... just in time for the annual EA coin suck known as egg rolls... always more logical to just buy the presents after hatch but man, they get my addict-ass every time.

Yeah I guess it’s possible we see Easter promo start next week. Also ROH being March 20th last year makes even more sense for that to be next week now.

I had 30 mil a week ago and was at 18 mil this afternoon. I don’t even know if there’s anything in my lineup to show for it. I thought I was making coins but at some point I must’ve been going in the wrong direction pretty hard, haha.

Also, I do the exact same thing with Easter every year. It’s just more fun opening the presents even if it’s not a great financial MUT investment.

IMO the content schedule has been better than any MUT in recent history. I think the implementation of all promo boosts getting nerfed has made it so EA has to constantly be pumping out new content.

Lol. Not gonna lie. I’m a nerd and got to prebuilding the TOTY completion sets. Watch them screw me over and not have the RL2 guys in those fantasy packs im holding 😂.

Also wasted coins on combine guys right before the overall bump knowing I was gonna eat it but oh well. Just a game.

Exactly, it’s just a game! Gotta find ways to make it fun and try not to treat it like it’s real money all the time. It’s just pretend coins.

P.s. that will be nice to have some of those completion sets done. I bought several of the pieces to build the sets but I will use the 94’s to build a couple of the champs after doing the 94 completion set. Then I plan to do the specialist set since it’s only 5 cards. Sell those and fund the rest of the defense, sell and fund the offense. I will likely keep a few cards along the way but hopefully prices will be low with people completing these sets and selling. Kinda like the Collector’s Series at the final drop of the series, they all get cheaper.

That’s exactly right and the smart move as they’re all gonna crash hard. I just got bored and sniped some set pieces this weekend and before I knew it, drained most of my coin stack for shits and giggles haha. Pretty sure I’ll make enough back to fund the rest of the way but I know I’ll take a loss not doing it the way you describe. Least I’ll have more time to play than work the menus Thursday.

Sorry new to MUT. What do you mean the tokens will be gone? Like I will lose all my tokens if I don’t use them for ultimate legends?
