Not worth spending 65 tokens unless we can pick exactly which card we want. Only getting three random choices is pretty weak even if they are sellable. I'd rather spend 50 of those 65 on two 97+ BND cards of my choice in the future and be only 10 tokens away from a third, but that's just me. I really hope the set for turning in 10 upgrade tokens gives us a fantasy pack with our choice, especially since it's BND, but I'm not very optimistic.

Yeah but those 3 BNDs will be cards (legends, collectors, flashbacks) that don’t get nearly as good of abilities as the TOTY cards get. I assume we won’t be able to redeem tokens for TOTY cards?

There's a set that requires 10 TOTY Upgrade Tokens and awards a BND TOTY player. This will be similar to the Combine Program where we needed 7 Combine Upgrade Tokens for a BND player. With the Combine, we got our choice of any champion. We will earn these new tokens through the Program. Hopefully the BND card will be our choice of any current champion and not random.
If we wanted this we’d look at the home page why is spam like this tolerated?
