Okay ty, 7 is better then I thought. I'll have to think about it. Are/did you get too tall?
How many games in the CPU event total to get t 40 tokens?

Per @Eagles215:
3 tokens first run.
7 tokens per full run after. (They replace the champ pack w 4x roh tokens+2 )
Each run is 13 games total. (5 at tier 1, 5 at tier 2 which gives you one token, and then the 3 at the end where you earn token(s) each win).

Ring of Honor archives in four weeks. I'm hoping that we'll get opportunities to earn Ring of Honor tokens after this week. I've got 21 now. Even with that provision, I would still need to make five more runs at almost four hours apiece. That's 65 twenty-five-minute games, 27 hours of gaming against an omniscient CPU. My Gotta-Catch-'Em-All OCD meets its threshold well before that.

So 3 tokens first 13 games, then 7 tokens each subsequent 13 game run? I'm at 16, 40-16=24. That means I'lI need 4 runs vs CPU (3+7+7+7=24). 13*4=52 full games at 4 min qtrs. Is that correct?

Yes, I just completed my 3rd full marathon through the CPU event (13 games each) and I have a total of 37 Tokens. I have everything else completed/maxed for ROH rewards (challenges/pass/stats).
To get the remaining 3 tokens I will have to win 12 more games in the CPU event or win 7 games in the H2H event. At 5 H2H wins 1 token is awarded so I guess if I could get to 5 wins 3 times that would get me there as well but god it’s been sweaty in there.
Also for what it’s worth, chewing clock as much as possible makes these CPU games about 15-20 minutes each depending on how you do it.

Just suffered through 2 and a half hours of bullsh!t in this event dealing with all the usual exploits and am sitting at 5-1 (last 2 I squeaked out being final possession against a top 100 and f’n 2 pt conversion in OT after figuring out their shit). wondering if I got it in me to go multiple runs after I’m done with this first run.
At this point, I don’t know what’s worse… the time suck of doing the CPU one or the H2H cesspool. Any of y’all going for the 40? Or y’all just cashing in on the sets for the other cards?
At this late stage in the RoH promo, i'm regretting taking a BND (98 OVR) using 14/14 set tokens... although, had i not already spent them, i'd still be barely ~halfway toward the Ed Too Tall goal of forty total RoH tokens. Yikes. Fantastic card, that +1 HT should remain relevant for long after the card turns into a pumpkin, offering true value, but i barely had it in me to do the Larry Allen (WR) grind, my game froze on my initial attempt somewhere in or around game 6 or 7. Ultimately forcing me to have to suffer through that mindless CPU event TWICE.
I've been trying to build out my offense, so I could at least give myself a chance in H2H Event, but doubt I have it in me to successfully complete that even once, let alone multiple attempts to get the required tokens. Uff. If you manage to find out which is worse (CPU/H2H), please let us know. My goal is to have fun playing "simulation" fatball, this sure as hell ain't it.

Thanks for the response. I don't think I have it in me to grind that long lol

I 100% understand. I initially decided I wasn’t doing it but here I am 3/4 of the way through this mind numbing grind. I normally wouldn’t even have remotely enough time for this but I happen to not have any work this week so I started grinding away Sunday evening. Doing it in chunks of 5-7 games at a time.
