For those wondering what ever happened/what will happen to Make That Lineup....

It's over. It is not coming back. I know this is weird considering StinkyBananas literally revived the series twice.... but nothing good ever happened in the end. There was always controversy around bias towards or against certain participants, no one ever ended up receiving any prizes (I knew something was up after MTL ended abruptly for the second time), and SB decided to make some poor decisions on this website (look at New Member Introduction Forums and you'll understand what I mean)......

All in all MTL will not be coming back unless someone else wants to start their own iteration (to which I say good luck). I apologize that no one ever received any player prizes at any point as promised, and I apologize for all the issues regarding bias throughout the competition.

So yea... that's it. For now, it is StinkyBananover.

I know you say “good luck” if someone decides to try this again. I personally think it was a fun idea and it could be successful. I think that if someone wanted to start it up again and was concerned about there being biased judging there would need to be full transparency from the beginning about how the lineups would be judged.

Lol, that doesn’t surprise me. I think I only participated in one of the first ever MTL’s like a year ago or so. I honestly didn’t read about any of them from 23 so I don’t even know the controversy with the bias, but to me it‘s pretty easy to imagine.

Solution:

100% transparency about how lineups will be judged from day one.

Judges role can only be judge. It’s a conflict of interest if they are also competing in MTL.

As far as judges competing in mtl stinky had posted they can participate but would not be eligible for prizes anyways
