I hope EA keeps banning coin buyers after they spend hundreds even thousands of dollars. Threads like this come up every single year with ppl whining about getting banned over coins. It's pretty simple they got caught. Then ppl like you trying to defend them. Keep breaking ToS, keep getting banned. Have fun 😊

I hope they keep banning coin buyers also but you think its personal. Its not because its automated. no one knows who is telling the truth in here except you the individual. the truth is EA terms of Service isnt comsumer friendly at all. Its built on having you lose money and if you win you get banned just like the casino.

brother, it does not mean he’s bought coins. I have never once brought or sold coins in my life yet i’ve been banned for coin distribution about 3 times in my madden experience. 

literally shared a tweet with a whole bunch of streamers and casuals all claiming they were banned for auction house activities not coin distribution. But you too ignorant to educate yourself

To OP @langhofdi you are essentially screwed.  Do not waste your time chasing EA no-Help, they are worse than useless.  Assuming you can even find someone to speak with, you basically have to indicate that your life and well-being are being threatened to get any response.  Maybe they'll offer to investigate, but will always find that EA did nothing wrong.

Right now your options are limited:

1. Start a new account and simply move on
2. Draft and send a certified letter to EA Legal, requesting Binding Arbitration (costs about $6 to send USPS with delivery confirmation), but this process is NOT fast.  Will take at least 60-90 days, if you get a resolution

I am by no means an attorney, however I do have a form letter which i used to successfully get a ban overturned.  EA lawyers don't want to do work, so they'll ultimately grant you a "one-time exception" if you did not actually do anything wrong.  Otherwise, yer basically screwed.  It's nearly impossible to field a squad without AH access.  It'll be Thanksgiving (or Christmas) by the time you get this account back, if ever.  Neither option is great.  Lemme know, happy to dig up that form letter, this nonsense happens every single year.

Sorry this happened, i’m in the same boat too, been banned since September 2nd and sent out 2 appeals and they declined both. My biggest problem is that they don’t show you proof of what particular thing you did, as well as not even giving a warning ! I feel like it should be warning, coins removed up to two times, three at the MAX, then a auction ban. But to do that immediately on someone’s first offense (allegedly) is ludicrous and completely insane. So the only way to improve your team is to buy packs lmao.

Dang that sucks man I’m sorry it happened to you. Honestly I’ve had this happen to me once years ago and I was beyond furious and upset with EA. I’m back this year but I don’t spend anything besides the initial little boost they give at launch. I played intensely the year they had the 32 team sets which would result in the Elway card. He was going for a buttload. I did every set one afternoon. I’d flip the set cards on the auction house to build the next until all 32 were done. Sold the Elway for 15mil or whatever it was at the time. Literally 10k under the average cost the game provides. A few hours later I logged in and saw my coins were completely wiped but no ban on the auction house. I was livid. They said I had conducted in “illegal coin activities”. I tried submitting my 3 claims to look into it and I received a reply within 15-20 seconds that they reviewed it and determined they were correct in my coin wipe. I had the entire process recorded but they’d only allow me to send in a certain MB; under 100mb I believe. I reached out to help via Twitter from employees who knew everyone was getting wrongfully coin wiped for selling the Elway set card. I talked to a live rep twice where they were able to see all of my footage and more. They apologized multiple times, said I’d receive my coins back immediately and they’d push my issue to the top of the list. Literally 30 seconds after the talk would end, I’d receive an auto email from the appeal team saying their decision was upheld and I’d receive nothing back. I tried calling them and had the same experience. I tried asking a few streamers I knew well enough at the time who were big Madden promoters; literally one of their dad’s still talk to me online, and instead of helping or ignoring, they gaslit me. Started reposting me asking if they could help at all and saying why would they help someone who talked sh** about them; it was some random person/troll online who had said it as a reply to my post not me lmao. I had hundreds of DMs and spam I had to make the account private. 

TLDR: EA won’t help. People won’t help. You’ll just get crap about complaining and whining despite being wrongfully wiped. It’s infuriating. I only still play as there are no alternatives but am more casual now.

Since when did casinos start banning people who win? Is it gambling w/ EA? Yes, it is. There are rare circumstances that people have legitimately gotten banned. More often than not, people are not being forthcoming about it, IMO. It's not personal. I was banned in Madden 20. I bought so many coins it cost me more than money. It was an addiction and the only way to stop is to get the rug pulled out from you, really. I'm strictly NMS now so yeah, I guess it is personal when I'm playing a $1,000 team.

Google Madden EA Arbitration Steps and follow that. After working the help desk to include in your case, a certified letter to EA's legal team in these steps will force them to review. EA Help is useless as they don't actually review anything but they are necessary to show that you tried the normal support steps. 

Process is @45 days.

Alright folks i have read thru the 4 pages of post here LOL, wasn't expecting that. Anyway i told myself i wasn't gonna reply to some of these ignorant statements but i feel compelled to do so.

For starters i have been denied my 1st appeal and i have filed a 2nd. The denial offered no explanation of what EXACTLY i had done at all. So i am still in the dark as to what i did. The only post that may have been akin to my situation was selling too many cards in 48 hr period but even that is unlikely. I DO NOT expect any satisfaction from EA. They dont have to explain themselves and basically its a BIG F you. Im not gonna to the whole arbitration thing because the game will be basically over by the time they fix it. That and i have only lost about $20 of real money that i spent in EAs system with points/ Just not worth it. Not like others that have lost 1000s. I just made a new account. I simply was trying to get help cause this was so shocking. I was also just trying to warn people.

For those  of you that tried to help thank you. For those of you were negative and trying to cast shade, shame on you. You basically think its funny until it happens to you. Sorry if i use words that are too complex for some of you kids to understand. See i dont have mommy and daddy footing the bill for everything, which is why i DO NOT spend money on the game in any way. You will understand this once you grow up and are not living in your parents basement. I NEVER bought coins from a 3rd party or did a single thing wrong. I have a thread going on the EA Forums with DOZENS of people with the same situation happening to them and more daily. So yeah it is happening to innocent people.What kind of people are you guys to claim the things you have about me. Please grow up and hopefully become a productive member of society. People like YOU ignorant kids think you know it all when you know nothing. At the end of the day its a video game and i just made another account. But you kids really need to take a look at yourselves in the mirror and i ask yourself what kind of person you are. I mean you are siding with a BILLION DOLLAR company rather than a fellow player. I wont be as callous as you people and wish it happens to you because YOU probably DO buy coins and do unscrupulous things to cheat so you automatically assume everyone must be as corrupt as you. 

I live by a code of honor and this whole thing has called that into question. Now i realize the notion of honor and respect likely escapes you. For those on this thread that chose to help instead of cast shade, well they know. Maybe ask your fathers to explain the concept of honor to you. I will not respond further.
