expect another market collapse on friday

end of season and none of the presents people are opening can be quicksold.  all of the small and medium presents people open have to be opened and can't be rerolled back into more presents the way we used to be able to quicksell the small presents and keep rolling.  it will take a ton of snow to open all of the presents., around 80k snow to open all of the presents, but once they are opened, all of those cards go onto the market....should be a snow spike 1/1-1/2 with a HUGE collapse happening evening of 1/2 through 1/4.  buy up all you can when it happens

The fact that you can't reroll the stocking (unless it is a S, M , L or XL stocking) is an interesting point, since like you said, otherwise it will require a ton of snow to open all the stockings. I wonder if they don't refresh 20 each. Unless there are new cards available out of these, I doubt there will be as many people willing to open all 85 stockings without a better way of generating snow.

you underestimate the degen urge to rip packs. look at how EA got everyone today with the 83+ pack

the XLs and mystery presents are a no brainer.  idk about the small medium large....the market is going to tank so hard once people start ripping these.

at least with 2 limiteds from the XLs (which has been my average), you will come out ahead for sure.

The heros and champs can’t be qs for snow? That was the one thing I wasn’t sure about. When will they qs for training instead? I understand that the packs will open and you get what you get but if someone pulls a garbage oop hero, they should be able to qs for the snow right? I’m hoping to get at least a couple more LTDs. I got a rh elf Vick out of a free large present this morning in zero chill field pass. So that was nice.

if you pull zero chill cards from the stockings then you can quicksell and keep rolling. But previously youd see a small present and quicksell before it opened on christmas, now if you get a small present it immediately opens without the chance to quicksell and a lot of those or even the cards from other promos will quicksell for training not snow

I’m fully aware of the presents having to open as Christmas has passed. My question was regarding zc/ghost cards. People are making it sound like they won’t be able to re roll them so I wasn’t sure if they were qs for training beforehand. Thanks for the info, much appreciated!

The zero chill cards will quicksell for snow prob until the abilities are unfrozen on January 8th.

@twitchtaxpro if you haven’t qs those snow 93s you bought under 180k, they are going for around 300k

I agree with your sentiments in this post but just for discussion sake… what if EA puts this 35x 83+ training pack back in the store over the weekend?

Admittedly it’s unlikely, but it’s still possible and that’d make the market continue to go brrrr.
