Epic team strategy item glitched

Anybody else not able to equip the epic team strategy items from the field pass? Unlocked both and can't equip them to my lineup. They appear in my item list but not anywhere in the lineup when choosing team affinity.

They don't show up in any of the tabs.

Weird, might need to try a new lineup. 

If that doesn't work you'll probably need EA help

I had no problem equipping mine
