Someone really needs to let EA know that there's no point in an epic strategy item. If it is worse than the rare strategy item. There has to be some kind of glitch or error going on cuz otherwise what is the damn point of them.

So they’re not currently boosting anything?
They all boost on my squad, and love that u can put kicker item in program slot
Correction....mine isn't working only on the new team strategy item. Isn't really that big of issue but definitely needs fixed lol

I also did that because I saw a video about it. But is it actually working all of the time.
It does not seem to work all of the time. I have had perfect kicks with little to no wind end up between the 5 to 7 yard line (the same as it has been for months).
Is anyone else questioning if the kicking boost is being applied all of the time?

I'm assuming you're talking about on kickoffs?
Because kickoff wise I'm starting to think kick power has no effect. If I do a deep kick regardless of my kickers kick power stat it hits the end zone, if I do a normal kick it lands in that range. My theory is it's hard coded to avoid weird scum kicks.. but people still do that with the power squib so idk.
Every single kicker can kick it into the end zone, so much so teams like the Chiefs have had their safety do it. So I'm really thinking kickoffs may just be hard coded.
I say this but then safety kicks you can come up short by a mile.. so hell, i dunno.
They all work for me..
The new Epic Team Strats from the level 51 pack only give x1 team chems, not x4, so they are useles. The rares give +3. Classic EA screw up.

I think you are right.......something is screwy with the coding! Every time I get a safety, the opposing CPU team gets a penalty on the kick off because they kick it too short.
On kick offs, my kick power does not seem to directly correlate to my kick distance.

This seems to be a new issue that is probably related to the tweaks EA made to kickoffs a few weeks ago to ensure that all kickers could reach the Landing Zone on kickoffs.
It didn’t matter in the past if you had a silver Kickoff Specialist: The ball simply didn’t travel that far off the tee. But the same adjusted algorithm isn’t enough to get safety punters over the hump.
Check your KPW against your distance on field goal attempts.
