Do either of them have Form Tackler baked in there? ... for us beginners who aren't great at getting hitsticks... or do I need to use a bucket on Form Tackler to help me out?

they do not have form tackler built in. I also recommend extra pop with it too, you can make Truzz fumble

If you have an extra bucket, I would recommend adding Crusher too. I'm getting fumbles in every game.

As already pointed out, this is the way:
- Avalanche
- Enforcer Supreme
- Form Tackler
- Extra Pop
The combo of Avalanche + ES should win in 90+% of encounters, even (or especially) against things liek Tank + Truzz, however the "guaranteed" tackle is the typical result, forcing fumbles is the cherry on top. It definitely happens, but not as often as i'd hope -- even then, being able to recover the fumble is constantly an uphill battle. You'll have tons of players circling and swarming the loose ball, only to watch a random opponent run into the middle of the scrum and come away with the ball. Oof.
