Endgame way too early?

The recent Honors drops are a bit concerning

They appear to already have built on 0AP X factors that are always on?

Double me for the WR

Avalanch for the LB - which some can argue is the best ability and better than the pass rush ones

And these are on the Champs - not even the LTDs

We have a bunch more Honors cards coming

Does Myles Garrett get Colossus?

Does CMac get Yac Em Up or Freight Train

Does Stafford get Dots

Does Thuney get Vanguard

Does Bobby Wagner got Dual Threat

Its early February - not May

We dont even have Ultimate Legends yet, who will likely get 1 ability discount and no X factors

Any word on whether or not they will take these away or change the AP cost like they did with AP? I would rather have them give you the card that you are going to have then okey doke you with a better card and then take it away - and the value of the card. I bought the AP card the day that they changed the cost and had to immediately sell it at a loss.

EA just loves to pull the rug out from under all of us.  It wouldn't be so bad if they could communicate these most basic changes, but NOPE.  Unbelievable.

But yeah, game is beyond cooked -- MCS about to wrap, so i suspect from here on out, things are gonna just continue to get more and more nutty, as Jim pointed out above.  Late JAN into FEB is typically the most choice time to play Madden, where (at least in prior years) team building matters, finding efficiencies and various boosts to have your team with some of the very first max 99 speed players on the field can be a HUGE advantage, which in the past required stacking BHM with full theme teams, etc.

We somehow missed that brief, but happy medium -- before all the (always on, passive) X-factors take over and ruin the game, but where we can pick and choose with our limited ability points to structure our team.  And since abilities matter so very much in MUT, it became quite a skill gap thing.  You could quickly scan an opponent's roster and get a sense of how deep their Madden knowledge was in a matter of seconds.

Went from end-game Zero Chill content, to a brief lull, followed by a mediocre Superbowl content drop... into end-game Honors?   Yikes.

its not THAT bad as long as the ltds stay super rare, the champs xfactors are just baked on regular xfactors that you have to activate and they deactivate just like normal xfactors, those are not that big of a deal.

the ltds,  those are going to be a problem

last year some super bowl cards got xfactors as abilties - I'd say theyre being more tame

They will make abilities that negate abilities and xfactors that negate xfactors.  It'll be NFL blitz by april
