EA Why do i KEEP getting LOSSES when I clearly WIN the game?!?!

I literally just went 5-0 to make the playoffs. The other team quit the game to make my run 5-0. After the game you can clearly see it go from 5-1 (which it game me a loss that game) and then it says 3 WINS TO SUPERBOWL, THEN IT GOES TO 5 WINS TO PLAYOFFS?? IT JUST FORCE UPDATED AND FORCE GAME ME A LOSS AND TOOK ME OUT THE PLAYOFFS! So this is about the 10th time this has happened but now its kinda getting annoying and this is just not right. Like i deserve makerights for this man because it really should NOT be happening... How come when the opponents leave the game or quit the game i keep getting a LOSS and a WIN?? I literally just went 5-0 to make the playoffs and it just force gave me and loss and put me back to 0-0 SMH.
