YIKES! That actually could happen.

I thought of doing that but i cant on X-BOX I think without starting and paying for 2 xbox live accounts.
I really want to play MUT but you cant realistically without access to the auction house.

If a user is not violating the ToS, and is effectively leveraging market knowledge in order to spend only 10 hours in the Auction House instead of 40 or 60 or 100, they should not be banned.
Now if users got banned for spamming every broken play to make millions in coins on illegitimate head-to-head experiences, that would be fine with me.
Your disdain with gameplay and how other people play the game is pretty well documented. This is a separate issue.
all I’m saying is there’s another person on here every 3 days saying they got coin wiped. This is a known issue, why are they still selling cards for 200% markups? 15-20% is fine, they list what the median value of the card is. You don’t have to get a coin wipe. Y’all actively choose to ignore the guidelines KNOWING what the consequences will be and then come on here and are somehow surprised you got punished.
I know EA is greedy, and I agree that you should be able to work the market to get coins. I’m just saying be smarter in how you do it, you get a coin wipe when you get greedy and try to make an extra profit.

The problem is that there are no published guidelines. If the ToS defined what constitutes an illegitimate transaction the way criminal law defined acts that are actually criminal, we wouldn't be having these issues in the community. Instead, we have these vague guidelines inferred from the accounts of individuals who themselves have never been told by EA what they did that actually triggered the ban.
I've frequently had the highest sale during the past 25 transactions on a given item, and I've never suffered a ban. Thousands of transactions over several iterations of MUT. And yet I have 100% confidence in my inference based on my understanding of common algorithm programming techniques that the bigger predictor of getting a false-positive ban is not the legitimacy of a transaction within its immediate time context, but what happens in the market hours before and hours afterward. When an algorithm determines that you did something wrong on the basis of what most everyone else did during a rather broad time frame, it cannot rightly be considered a quality measure of the legitimacy of a specific transaction or its agent. But this is clearly what is happening.

TLDR but based on the first two sentences you should just hold a seminar for people so they stop getting a coin wipe since you could apparently write a book on it. Thanks bud

NEED HELP PLEASE! I WANT TO PLAY ULTIMATE TEAM AGAIN.
I've been playing Madden football since 1988. I have spent money buying madden and spending real money at the MUT store thus making you money. I’ve recently been banned from the auctions house on MUT and now MUT completely because I have apparently violated the ToS. The problem is the system wont tell me what I have done exactly. They list a bunch of stuff which I have not done (other than buy cards low and sell them higher at the auction house). There are major streamers on Twitch that teach and do the same thing yet they do not get banned.
I LOVE Madden football. This is my ONLY violation I have ever had on ANY game (they wont tell me exactly what I have done). Its possible I may have been hacked. To be banned 100% from MUT and the auctions house doesn't seem just or fair.
I’m asking to give your company money again. I want to play MUT but have been banned 100% now. And they took all my coins which some of which were made through spending real money. If buying cards and selling them again is against Tos I understand now and have learned my lesson.
I’m simply asking to be able to play Madden MUT again and have access to the auction house. You can't realistically play MUT competitively without access to the auction house.
Sorry for the long email. My Xbox name is Justquitbro7
Same happened to me… only I bought the madden cash on new years… servers crashed and I didn’t get it… but I got charged 3 days later… never got the madden cash… contacted ea… said I would receive my purchase once the server issues were fixed… a week later still nothing… asked about a refund and was told purchases can’t be refunded… contacted my bank for a refund because I never got my purchase… now my PlayStation network account is suspended because of ea… I can’t play mut at all… or log into my account for any game for online play… I had 6 mil in coins and every challenge completed… everything is gone now… I’m done with them completely

You don't need to pay twice
