EA access is included with the Ultimate version of XBL so when u buy it for 15/month its basically 5/month for all 3 but combined

You're thinking of MUT Rewards, which are based on the number of packs you opened during the current MUT year. The EA Play pack is if you have an EA Play subscription or have Game Pass, which includes EA Play as part of the subscription.
