What problem are you trying to have EA no-Help resolve? They cannot or will not do shit for you, if you even say the word "football" to them, they'll think you're discussing soccer.
I assume you've tried here? You basically have to suggest your life or well-being are being threatened in order to open a support case with them. Even then, they're almost certainly not going to do diddly squat for you.

I’m trying to get my ranked rewards but went on ea help and it doesn’t let you make a case for missing content.

NOBODY has Ranked rewards, EA fucked up. It's not you and EA no-Help isn't going to fix that for you. You're just wasting your time.

After posting I noticed there were 3 sold, at a new 10M per.
Either way, things were delayed. Good luck getting EA no-Help to actually respond in any meaningful manner. Barking up the wrong tree, IMO.
