I was building a set that was profitable here and there and all of a sudden the player starts tanking hard with weird prices being listed.
Only time i witnessed EA controlling the market was when randy moss was glitched flying out of packs and they had bots buy them all up every few hours.
This is more of a coincidence of ppl catching on to profit.
It’s Saturday, snipers be sniping and set building

What card? If it was something using 89s or 90s then they killed all the sets w that market special pack. Faneca 89s went from 110k to 55k
EA would never! The audacity to insinuate they are not of outstanding moral fiber.

EA? Questioning their moral fiber?
That’s like questioning the integrity of a saint. EA is practically the Mother Teresa of corporations — charging $70 for a base game and another $200 for the full experience is just their way of teaching us financial responsibility. They don’t sell microtransactions; they sell character-building opportunities and fiscal responsibility.
Honestly, the audacity of anyone to think otherwise.
🤣
I mean EA sucks but the risk of being discovered manipulating AH just doesn’t seem worth the potential profit

isnt being able to control price caps already market manipulation

Yes that’s true, I’m more referring to deploying bots that buy or adding cards to market at lower prices, youre right tho

Glad I could help make the experience better 😁

I don’t understand the logic behind selling your cards significantly below market value. While I get that there are exceptions — like needing coins quickly for another purchase —why give up so much value if it’s not necessary?
For example, I built Night Train and watched his price plummet from 650-700k to 350k in just a few hours. It’s baffling to see.

I’ve contemplated this phenomenon as well. This is not how consumers in a well functioning free market act. There seems to be this inherent fear of inflation and other means of resources and currencies becoming scarce, unavailable or unattainable.
Think Cuba under Castro. I think that’s where our economy is and a large contributor to why people act this way in MUT. Too far? Oh well I’m already the resident crack pot on this stuff.

Was it a 93 team builder? Apparently there was a flash pack sale that gave out 93s so all 93s dropped like 50% from this morning

I get what you're saying about fear and scarcity playing a big role, but I think there’s also something else going on.
I believe that a lot of this is consumer-inflicted inflation, driven by paranoia.
The problem is, this kind of fear-driven selling just makes the market weird. When everyone starts underpricing their cards because they're worried about inflation, it actually drives prices down. It's almost like the fear of inflation causes deflation in the short term. It’s kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy.
It’s like we’re in a cycle where the market's being manipulated by paranoia rather than actual value.
