Does RoH momentum shift only work once?

Does it only work at the beginning of the game and turn off prelit xfactors?

Or does it also prevent xfactors from building up?

It does unless you get like 2 hit sticks or something. You can plug in ring chaser London fletcher instead and it starts on and recharges after a number of downs played. Thats what I used for the event on the way to SS Too Tall which I’m assuming you’re talking about. and what’s more is you can jump offsides on the first snap and sub fletcher out which will preserve the light up for next time you need him. Don’t do it more than a few times as they’ll kick you for griefing.
