I find that motion plays mostly help with leverage rather than a speed boost

Honestly, I love running motion plays specifically for this. Whether it's placebo or not idk but they get open more often for me

Cover 4 will cover this you just have to user the drag. Or even man with kos. Besides this play stops working when the field keeps getting smaller

I think man shaded overtop should work. deep half/deep third probably would help, depending on how good they are at fitting tight throws
