They definitely combined Champs and Ranked this year - last year they were (2) different game modes

I've watched Gutfoxx get matched up with two Top 100 players in Silver III. One was Skimbo. After I saw that I am convinced there is no ELO.

Ranked did NOT replace champs mode...they were combined into (1) H2H format instead of being split

.

Last year... ranked and champs were separate H2H game modes

              Champs awarded gauntlet tokens with a certain # of wins

              Ranked gave you players based on your tier

This year...there is no champs mode, instead it was integrated into ranked

              Now ranked awards gauntlet tokens with a certain # of wins

              Ranked gave you players based on your tier

Ranked is ranked. Champs is gone and they just decided to throw in a gauntlet token into ranked this year. Idk how that’s so hard to understand. If it was like you have 100 games to play each session of ranked then I can see how it would look like they combined the modes but that’s just not the case. Nice try “lil bro” 🤣

So if I'm following the logic, if there's a glass of orange juice on the table and a glass of apple juice, if I take away the class of apple juice, then that means the apple juice has been "combined" with the orange juice? lol

I have no evidence to prove it, but my assumption is there are fewer players playing ranked now than at launch, which raises the likelihood if someone is playkng sevral months in, they are more invested in their team (time or money) and are more likely now in November to be a better player than in August.

I'm sorry but what is ELO
