Does flat zone KO work on old gen?

I play on PS4 and my main defense is dollar cover 4 so I use 2 flat corners on almost every play. Ive seen mid zone KO used in the flats too but I always assumed that it was specific to hook curl zones. If any old gen era have anything to say it would be appreciated thanks

I cant speak on Old Gen, but try to equip Flat Zone on a player and go to practice mode and try it out.

Yes

correct We don’t have Deep Zone KO that’s the only of the zone KOs old gen doesn’t have.

Should work, it's not a new ability this year.

Mid Zone is preferred because it's where on the field the player is rather than the specific zone assignment, so it seems to activate more often than Flat Zone.

I know that we get it but last year in 23 on PS4 flat zone KO was broken so I was curious as to whether or not it got fixed

It seems to work fine I have it on 3 of my cornerbacks and I don’t get burned in the flats.
