I'm gonna guess around 1030 Eastern Time...I logged on earlier and could do the update, but the MUT option is not available.   Good luck with Season 2...looks like we got some solid cards coming.

Specifically talking about season changes then it's usually up before the promo drops.  That's from personal experience.  So before 10:30 it should be up.
