I haven't been able to run a game all week
Any fixes??
Is it a specific card?.. is it a strategy item?

Are you on Xbox? Microsoft was experiencing a global outage, unsure if it's you. Maybe try to disable cross-play, see if that changes or improves things temporarily.
Also, before playing any games, make sure you log all the way into an empty Squads lobby, collecting any prior rewards and clearing that pending progress. Then back out to main menu and try to launch a session with yer boyz.
Buggy ass shit.

You need to close your game and relaunch from main menu, then go log all the way into a lobby, making sure you've collected prior rewards.
Games get stuck and need time to finish, or close down -- never press any buttons after the game finishes, just wait for the menu to process.
I’ve been having issues with MUT squads all year! It’s never been this bad on any other Madden before and I have no issues on any other online game.
This seems like an issue a lot of people are having and there’s barely anything online about it but I’ve done everything suggested that I could find - (Restart game/app/console/router, took every player and uniform out of my lineup and back in, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game, even changed DNS/wifi settings. Still having issues!
I’m wired directly to the router so it’s not my Wi-Fi. The only thing I haven’t done is what @peatrick suggested. I have a few uneopened packs and I’ll try and open them all when I get home and try again but I’m not hopeful this minor thing will fix the problem..
If anyone knows anything else about the desync issue on squads please let us know!

Do you know if your router happens to utilize UPnP? I disable mine, for security purposes, because I tend to be a bit of the tin foil hat type when it comes to online security and privacy.
Long story short, we moved... same ISP, new city. I decided on a whim to get a new router, I run my own internal DNS servers and kept getting tons of disconnects and Desyncs while playing Squads with the boys. Was driving me mad, ended up forwarding a bunch of ports on my router and lately it's been mostly playable. Still happens, almost daily, but it's no longer every single session or nearly every game, as it was to start M26 cycle.
Here's official documentation, I can check the specific ports I forwarded if you care to try.

I haven’t played squads this year but I know in previous years, if you had a lineup locked in and then changed it, it eould kick you off servers. If its still there, click on lineup in squads menu and then hit finished.

I don’t know if my router has UPnP enabled or not. I’m not too savvy when it comes to that stuff, I’m an old head lol. But yea if you could send me the info or directions on how to change those settings, I’d greatly appreciate it! Also, do you think buying a completely new router will fix the problem? Because honestly that’s what I’m thinking of doing next

I would exhaust all possibilities before throwing money at the problem, but I tend to be that special combination of poor and cheap. Although I did just buy a new one myself this summer. My old router was fine, been running flawlessly since 2018, but I was being lazy and wifey wanted to eliminate extra wires. Ended up with this: https://store.ui.com/us/en/products/udr7
Start by forwarding these -- I have a few others, but I think I'm going to trim it down to just this, I pulled info from various sources, some of which may not be accurate, then just used ChatGPT to walk me through any configuration questions I had with my new router. I'm decently technical for an old goat, but not much of a network engineer. I do this once or twice a decade, at most and rarely change our home network. Definitely hard wired Ethernet is the way to go, WiFi7 was just meh, had to start the year wireless while I ran some cable at the new place.
