Do abilities like OSA and UC Shutdown and Outside shade all stack?

so your man coverage would be 3 times what it would be for outside cuts?

UC is everything rolled into one. It may not include shut down but honestly for the AP shutdown is nowhere near as good as UC. UC is hands down the best ability to have on a DB.
