Did you win the 20 in one week or did you win 10 last week and then 10 this week after yesterday's reset?

10 last week and 10 this week. I know its 2 different weeks, problem is I dont have the time to grind 10 more game due to work. Plus EA stated on the menu its only 10 games for the reward. I know everyone  said 20 also.

Totally get it. Unfortunately, it's 20 in one week to get the reward.  You're halfway there if you do another 10 this week you'll get it but you need to do it before Thursday. 

I wouldn't blame you for not wanting to bother though, really sucks the way this was done.

Everyone who played 19 games until yesterday's reset so they could play the last game in the hopes they'd get the pack with the new player. 

They realized they did not and it counted as their first set of ten wins so they need another 10 now.

Yeah EA is really screwing us hard which is not fair to the player base, they need to state that its 20 games for any reward.
