Vikings or NE Pats are both very good, for essentially the same reasons.  My top formations are; 3-4 Odd, 4-3 Even 6-1 and Dollar (Dime 1-4).  Being able to generate pressure while only sending four is ideal.  Regardless, defense is still going to be extremely difficult this year.

It's also beneficial to get a bunch of MZKOs onto the field.  At the very least, you'd want both outside corners and both deep safeties to have MZKO.  In a perfect world, everyone would have that, outside and Slot corners, LBs and safeties galore.  The more the merrier.  Jenkins and Kam Chancellor (Legends) are ideal for Safety slots.  Corners are a bit more elusive (i.e. expensive) but that Gilmore also gets 1AP MZKO if you have an upgrade token.

Here is a list of every player with discounted Mid Zone currently in the game.  If you have "extra" AP, a Double or Nothing on D-line certainly can't hurt.  I'm using DeFo Buckner on my 49ers theme team.  Pick whoever works for YOU.
