DDA not a real thing. EA was sued in 2020 over it. Never made it past discovery. Plaintiffs lawyers dropped the case after being given access to technical information and EA Engineers.

EA can't debug their own program. What makes you think some lawyers are going to have the resources to help some kids recover money by hiring CIA-level hackers to figure out EA's own labyrinthine and obfuscated pile of code?
The biggest proof of DDA is anecdotal. The weakest counterpoint against DDA was that lawsuit.

Well, when you ask a guy to stay up late coding Madden to make a deadline, and not long after he had recently spent months programming Football Club, what do you expect?

"FYI, i made this post out of rage instead of smashing my controller". It was the first thing I could think to make a rage post about instead of flushing $150 down the drain. the game is coded so poorly it feels like DDA at times

I personally don't think the best conclusions are drawn when I'm emotionally worked up, but that doesn't automatically mean I'm wrong in those moments either. Consider it RNG against your reasoning capacity.

Idk man the way you constructed that sentence might have DDA beat. 😂😂😂

Nope. That lawsuit alleged that DDA was being used to influence players to buy loot boxes not whether it did or did not exist, although it was dropped. Proving beyond doubt that players did that would be impossible because, of course, a lot of players don't. Some enjoy the thrill of spending, win or lose, others don't spend at all - you'd never prove that DDA was the only factor that players considered when spending money.
EA also admitted holding the patent for DDA of course but, even if it is not in the game that doesn't mean that the game doesn't uses difficulty adjustment to influence games, just that it doesn't use DYNAMIC difficulty adjustment. It absolutely does use difficulty adjustment, though. When I play CFM I'll regularly encounter scenarios, the result of which might be a boost of +10 moral for all players or a loss of -5 Blockshead on my D-Line. Whats that if its not a difficulty adjustment? In Solos what do you think 'All Madden' or 'Rookie' are if they're not different levels of difficulty? When you play a solo on 'Hard', what's that if not a level of difficulty?
So what stops the game from playing a H2H match where you are playing on 'Rookie' and your opponent is playing on 'All Madden' or you have -5 Blockshead and your opponent has +5 Pass Block? If that is how the game started and it did not change for the duration of the game, then that wouldn't be DYNAMIC, would it? Because it did not change. And anyone playing H2H long enough regularly encounters games they know they've no chance in and others that are a breeze and the purpose is to keep you playing, not keep you spending, because different players will improve their teams in different ways - some through grinding, others through spending. Obviously spending is quicker and easier but EA wins either way because everyone stays engaged in the constant drive to be 'better' and more people spend.
For me, this is not even a discussion topic; it's just obvious.

What ELO are you in were your opponent has no Truzz and no Tank on 3 different players ? It is almost impossible to have skill players that don't get one or both of those abilities at this stage of the game , and if he had players that could get and he chose other abilities then your playing a potato and you should have easily won the game . It would like playing someone using screen protector over secure protector on a lineman . I feel like maybe this is a story .

it was in the HRs. it was his Jeanty all 3 times and I don't think he had tank on him bc he didn't break a single hit stick. he was BSing his way down the field with RPOs and the ball going forward on fumbles. if his McAfee didn't some how match to DK on a dig 10 yards behind him I would have won the game. God can strike me dead if I'm lying
I'm also better off playing someone running the META than coach suggestions, bc with CS I don't know wtf they gonna do next and don't know wth they are running.

It’s at least more real than Bigfoot lol
How could something be more real than something that is not real ? Also was the LOL after your statement , you laughing at your own statement ? Is that like someone liking their own post ?

So you would rather play checkers than chess ? Also Jeanty you say who has baked on Tank and Freight Train . Again story time or if not then you getting 3 fumbles on consecutive carries means maybe your were getting the so called DDA . Lastly you saying people who don't know what they are doing is harder games for you is wild , I mean META is META for a reason .

im fine with playing against both, but a lot of the times people not running the most common plays catch me off guard. All 3 fumbles were on checkdowns out the backfield to Jeanty, and they weren't consecutive plays. they were a few plays apart. Yeah its harder bc I know what to expect with people coming out in normal y off close or trips TE flex. when people come out in other, less common formation I usually don't know what to expect.
I'm not lying
