Just played against someone that ran Cover 2 Man and pressed all the time.
No route worked for me. He bagged corner routes, drags, zigs. My receiver just couldnt get open. Even Megatron could not beat a single press the whole game.
What do I do in that situation? He even got crazy sheds on the run game.
depends if he users his dline or the man assigned to to the RB
i have success with spread formations like trips TE flex and spread double flex vs man so it’s easy to see which side they shade. if he users the RB i send the RB on a flat to drag their user out the middle. If they user the Dline you get a little more time and let things like a slot outside wheel or a deep dig develop or just run inside zone right at them. also take off with your QB if a lane presents itself.

Probably had a worse team than you and they were making the game even. Not much you really can do in those situations since you can't beat the CPU when it just decides to go crazy. I run cover 2 man and someone gets open every play so it's definitely the CPU evening the odds.
