Confused about Super Bowl chemistries

So I just fully upgraded Trent Williams thinking I was going to get a bost to my 95/96 past SB players but noticed it is only 1/2. Is there a specific card I need in my line-up to achieve 2/2 for this chem? The whole chemistry setup for this program seems a bit convoluted in general so if anyone can break it down in simple terms on how to maximize the Superbowl boosts it would be much appreciated.

I haven’t figured out how that works with Williams and White. I put White in the lineup, and I can’t get better than the 85 OVR chemistry unless I start splitting the tokens between the two players. And who has 89’s in their lineup?

if you are talking the 93 to 95 upgrade you need a 95 champion player to upgrade them, great job for a "free" card right
