CJ Spiller 32 team chem not working

Is this a glitch? I have Steelers and Commanders on him however when I put him in the line up he doesn't get the TT boost and his chems are not counting. Any body else?

He doesn’t get all 32 team chems. He has a motivator that boosts a few attributes for the team that you select.

He gets the stocking stuffer type of boost.  He boosts specific players/attributes on the chosen team based on which one you choose (power run, pass defense, etc)

Thanks man I miss read it I thought he gets dual team chems like the 93 combine players
