I was up against a PC user (I play on PS5) in H2H ranked. I have the ball, down 2, on the 10 yard line with 1:14 left. It’s 3rd and INCHES after a solid run (clock is running now). Dude has 2 timeouts left and if I get the first down, I can bleed the clock and kick a field goal. WRONG. This guy MAGICALLY takes his defender and rams him into my receiver before the play. Thats a flag right? WRONG. The flag animation appeared on my screen for a split second before I was greeted with a “Attention: Your opponent is experiencing network issues” pop-up. I thought whatever. After the pop-up, I noticed the clock stopped running. My play clock was running down so I had to hike and I ran it up the middle to get a 1st and keep the clock rolling. But then magically, the clock stops AGAIN. It’s like the flag never happened, didn’t get to choose to accept it or decline it, and the clock didn’t move after. Then he proceeds to somehow give me a few more connection pop-ups mid play as I’m trying to reach the end zone. This HAS to be cheating right?
Sorry for the rant yall. H2H Ranked is already tough as it is, and when you get a cheater in with it, I feel hopeless playing this game.

Ive never seen exactly what you are describing but I ran into so much glitchy cheating exploits from PC users that I had to turn off cross play. To name a few:
- some kind of audible glitch where my CB who was in a deep quarter zone just completely froze in place after the snap and couldn't move. He did it twice in the same game. He flipped the play twice and did some kind of audible
- another one did something similar but it froze my user that was in a mid zone 3 or 4 times in one game
- the one that finally got me to turn it off was doing all type of exploits like the motion plays, RPOs and what not. He still couldn't beat me with all that shit. He was down 7 and needed to score on his last drive to tie it up. I get a pick 6 and what happens? Similar to what you are describing. The game said "your opponent is experiencing network issues", then it briefly reconnected, then it briefly said I was disconnected from PSN (i didn't lose intenet), and then the game just exited out snd got stuck on the processing game results screen for 10+ minutes. I know he glitches me because if I actuall got signed out of PSN I would have been kicked out if ultimate team and back to the main menu. The most corny loser shit I've ever seen.
So thats why I dont do cross play anymore lol.
