How is it possible to pause and speed up the game in h2h? Everytime I tried to pass or play defense the game would slightly pause and then it would speed up really fast when it was convenient for this player? Is this some kind of cheating? I have his name

No, this happens when there is a connection issue. The game will pause for a second trying to reconnect, then seem to speed up to get to where you were supposed to be. It usually messes up the result though and continues a certain action, like scrambling with a QB results in you running right out of bounds at hyperspeed.

Try pausing and sitting for the entire 30 second clock. If they don't press the clock, saty there for a minute or so. Let the server catch up. But yes sounds like a connection issue, unfortunately from your end. Lag folks kinda do it blatantly and extensively in order to score the dub

Yes there is a way to lag glitch your opponent when you are on D and they are on offense.
Not going to share it here though.
