can’t log into mut

every time i sign into EA it just kicks me out and says connection lost. really annoying ngl been happening so much lately

Same here, this is legit the only game where if i know i've finally got some free time to play i'm already worried i might not be able to log in.

Worst part is most of the time i'm right...

for real, these days i maybe play an hour total during the week? I’m on for a decent amount in the weekend, but can’t even play half the time im free

I saw this on one of EAs sites. It helped me get in. 

1. Reconnect to EA Servers via Right Trigger/R2
2. Enter Superstar >Showdown Ranked
3. Exit Superstar to Main Menu
4. Go to Notifications and select "You've unlocked a MUT Item"

Whenever it does this to me, I do the following on PS5:

Close Game

Go to Settings

Go to Network Settings

Test Connection 

Let it run the test completely 

Start Game

This gets me in every time.
