Cant get playoff upgrade player to 94 (Wiggins)

I only have him upgraded to a 93.. 

i saw That i need to win 20 games but i won one superbowl h2h and it didnt track. Anyone have sinilar issues?

if you playing the Super Bowl event those wins won't track as progress
