So I have about 700k candy at the moment. I want to save the candy and let it convert but I am afraid it will be 4 or less coin per candy. I am thinking about buying a lot of upgrade tokens and quick selling them for 10k per. That conversion is about 4.7 coin per candy. Is that the method?

If you have 700k of candy, diversifying away SOME of that risk into purchasing the tokens would be a smart move. We don't know for sure that tokens will QS for 10K, but the odds are good enough that it would hedge your bet

All along I've said 1:3, but now that the auction floor seems to have been removed from items, I really can't calculate this the way I used to. I don't have much Candy left, having purchased upgrade tokens for the two Shapeshifters, Crosby, The King, and Johnson along the way. I could see this being 1:3 or 1:5 in the end.
Ah, the joys of EA's predictability, compounded by the likelihood that EA won't ultimately do what they intended to do.

Does anyone know where this idea of quickselling tokens for 10k came from? I never verified that this was the case, and simply assumed it was true given the sources here. That might be misinformation.

That's why my statement reads "We don't know for sure that tokens will QS for 10K, but the odds are good enough that it would hedge your bet." So please don't cast my post as misinformation.
Why risk 700K worth of candy on 100% chance? I'm suggesting hedging that chance with the use of tokens. Tokens always QS for something, even if it takes EA a bit longer than it does at other times.

I was wondering the same thing since the beginning of the promo so I just took my coins early .... Im super low money spent and had like 700k coming into most feared and now im over 2mil and pulled the LTD Higgins while at it and im just holding him since hes rental price I actually play him OOP at TE .... I didn't wanna spend my time getting all that candy just for a crappy conversion rate
