He just wasn’t strong enough on that day back in 2011 when he had 3 sacks and 3 forced fumbles…
Most of the cards that can be earned from spotlight tokens have not had the best ability stacks. EA wouldn’t do that intentionally, would they???

I think it’s supposed to be based on number of super bowls the player has with one team. So Suggs has one with the ravens, but James Harrison for example has 2 with the Steelers
