I'm really out of the loop with abilities this year and haven't bothered to put any abilities back on my players since the end of Zero Chill since I've been playing a lot less and only offline. What would be the optimal setup of abilities for my lineup? And help would be awesome!

General good list. You want most of your points, if not all of them on your qb and your user/cbs.
The optimal setup of abilities is always completely dependent on your scheme and how you call plays and how you plan to counter your weaknesses.
In general, your DL you want Double or Nothing, as it's the single best pass rush ability in the game. I put that on one DT and one edge rusher, personally.
Linebackers you generally want mid zone KO if you play zone, but if you primarily play man coverage then I wouldn't really bother with anything here.
Secondary again it's about how you call plays. If you're primarily zone coverage, think about what coverage you typically play and try to play guys who get discounted KO abilities for those zone coverages. Deep Zone KO is great, pick artist will make your players catch INT's instead of going for deflections.
