Helps with pass block shedding if you rush, and knockouts with defending the pass.

Reinforcement is the same thing but helps with run block shedding...

Unstoppable Force and every KO minus break on ball/reaction time. so you would need MZKO/FZKO/DZKO in zone to get reaction time or OSA if you run man for reaction time
