I'm guessing the KAC boost from either of the Precision Kicker strategy items would raise a 98 OVR Pat McAfee to 99 OVR, but are there any punters that can reach that benchmark by another means?

I've tried all different theme team boosts and have had no luck

Can confirm McAfee does with epic accuracy
