I don't know anything about arbitration, but I just read section 15 and shit sounds easy af, I would totally do it. EA will even pay for the fees!

The companion app (if you were using that) is always some bs.

For those asking yes I was using the app. The reason was I'm on xbox one and it's really slow on the system.

I hadn't had a system in 7 years and never had madden with mut before. A warning would have been nice because I wasn't using a bot or using anyone to help. Just got my final email saying they will not lift the ban. I just wish there was a warning or they put a limit to transactions a day if they don't like how there system can be used. (A limit would solve the bot issue imo)

I know how I was doing it maybe grey area but again I had no idea against the rules and for me who hasn't had madden with mut before I thought hey if someone is buying what's the harm in selling. I'd use the app often because it was a couple mins to put a guy up on auction. 

I think my method is what drew flags. I only did 1 hour auctions. If they didn't sell I'd put them up again for an hour. I made good amount of coin in my option but then I look on YouTube and see guys with 20 million and wonder how'd they get to that point without doing what I did.

This method help me get (currently on my team) big truzz, king henry, cheetah, Aaron Donald, milk man.

I'll share since it doesn't matter anymore. Not sure I'd recommend since if I could go back I would have done it differently.

Big truzz was my money maker. At the time I'd buy for around 400k and first time I did it I sold him for 696969. I was shocked someone bought so I thought why not do it again? So in a span of about 2-3 weeks I had sold truzz probably 10+ times. He was the one that always seemed to sell. Cheetah also wpuld sell pretty easy. There were others I had sold a couple times for around double what I paid. Byers was one, ceedee lamb. Quadfather was the one that killed it for me. It was first time I resold him and then I got banned.

Some may think what I was doing was wrong, idk I felt like if there's a buyer why not, it's a Market and ea takes a percentage of each deal. 

After the banned they wiped my coins twice. I think total around 700k. Thankfully I had built a good team that I like playing with but definitely wish I could be in auction house.

Also, like I said im new to mut. Any suggestions/strategies on how to get the higher rated guys without auction house? (Also ive never, and wont ever be using real money)

EAs TOS is a joke.  I can sum it up in one sentence:

”Play our game at your own risk, we will take away your access to the game you paid for at any time without warning and for any arbitrary reason we want.  You have no recourse because we have an illegal monopoly on this type of game - good luck”

a ban shouldn’t even be a thing unless it is banned from online play due to validated reports of profanity, or other nefarious acts towards other players.  As long as you have a trade block and auction house, you will have farmers, coin sellers, snipers, etc.  if they want to eliminate this, they should make the continent better and easier to acquire like other games of this tupe(2K/MLB the Show).  Their coin seller problem is due to their poor content.
