I got the 98 from the 2750 point bundle.    He plays well enough for me, would consider shooting for the upgrade token but I'm down to 1650 points and really don't want to spend any more $$ on this game.

Not to mention the "high five" cut scene after every touchdown TB12 throws is kind of annoying.  It's a cute throwback to a funny moment but not after every TD
