BOGO, it grants a pass rush point when you spend a point. 

Instant rebate requires that you get a shed to get a point back.

It's built into the engine.  Not something we have to explicitly do.

Still looking to a way to determine how many Pass Rush poinst each player has

They showed it every past year with Green bars

Cant find it htis year

If no one told you or you haven't figured out yet, it's supposedly tied to stamina now!
