Means nothing on such a short sample size. No doubt he was a freak athlete, but at the same time... he didn't do much in either sport. Deion scored more career t.d. and he played defense. If Bo was sooo fast, why did Deion steal more than double the bases in about the same amount of MLB play time? Again... I'm not denying Bo was a great athlete and almost folklore status, but if you were into sports back then... you know he was more hype than actual accomplishment. They say he ran a 4.13 40 yard dash... lol, never happened. His highest clocked mph in football was less than what 5 different guys did just this season alone and none of them ran close to a 4.13 40. He got ratings and people tuned in so every angle made him out to be more than what he was. Deion  was the real deal and best multi sport star.

What does Madden have to do with real life? Madden has 350 lb. lineman with equal speed to actually fast db and WR. I'm not talking Madden... I'm talking Bo vs Deion in actual real world. They both played almost exactly the same amount in MLB and Deion had a higher batting avg. and almost 100 more stolen bases. Bo batted career .250... lol. .250 is mediocre at best.  How can you deny Deion wasn't better when Bo focused on baseball mostly and Deion football, but Deion has better baseball numbers. They played sgsinst each other once in baseball and Deion got an inside the park HR and Bo hurt himself in the game. Deion had more touchdowns and is a HOF in NFL and he played defense... lol. Tell me you think Vick was great too... lol.

There's guys playing today that had more impressive highlight reels just this year.

It may have been in small sample size but he has 90+ yard TD runs and the play he got hurt on was a 30+ yard run. He was way more explosive than he should've been for his size. And he's the only player to go all pro in both sports so idk why you talking about stealing bases in comparison to Deion being better lol. Isn't just about spd for stealing. And I don't recall them clocking in MPH on runs until a few years ago not 30 when Bo played lol. People always hating because he didn't have the stats you all wanted to see because he got hurt. He started doing bad in the MLB after his football career was over because he was hurt, not because he was bad

TBH He was only playing football because he was waiting to play baseball because the seasons overlap. Imagine playing football because you were bored and you won The Heisman in college/and you were a Pro Bowler in the NFL . But never took football as serious as baseball. But you were the #1 pick in the NFL DRAFT. But you didnt go to the team because the screwed  you over so you get the next year in the 7th  RD and still get payed like the 1st Overall Pick. Anybody with basic football knowledge knows who Bo Jackson is and why he is a big deal in football, you just don't know anything about the sport to understand it. Bo never tried to be great at football and only played because it was something to do in the offseason and was still good enough to play in the NFL. Bo isn‘t amazing because he was amazing. Bo is amazing because he possessed so much raw physical talent that he could not only play in, but succeed in the professional level of a game that was his HOBBY. 
 

Imagine possessing so much strength and so much explosiveness in your legs that your juke ripped your thigh muscles off of the bone. That’s what happened to Bo. Legend.
