I had same issue last month. created a ticket. created a post on EA help. spend a while talking to 2 foreigners, before EA decided to close my ticket 3 days later with no resolution. do not get your hopes up, but good luck

They aren’t right now. I opened the pack three times (haven’t opened it in more than two seasons and never miss a solo) and didn’t get either crystal.

Mine only had 4 options as well. Luckily one of them was AJ Brown, which is who I wanted.

I only got 4 in my pack as well so this was definitely done on purpose but we are small fries to these people so they really don’t care about us at all, they just want us to spend on packs and bundles and not fix all the bullshit exploits the game has on Defense and Offense

Decided to yolo one of these before work and before the new stanky force players clogged it up. The first card I got was penning. “Great I’m gonna get him, RG3, and the 2 96 team builders”. The next card is RG3. “Oh my god here we go”. But then the next card…Pola mao! Booyakasha. Oh and the 4th card was Josh Hines Allen. So close to absolute misery. Phew.

PSA: I decided to rip the pack just now and it had 10 cards. Had AJ and Polo Mao...took AJ of course due to price.
