Best X-Factors to have on for both offense and defense?

Right now I have Flash,Quadfather and Gronk as my x-factors in offense. On defense I have Prez,Gravedigger and those are the only one i have pre activated on defense. My 3rd x-factor is on pola-mao. I heard the AKA defensive linemen like Groot are really good but that would give me 2 x-factors on the D-line unless I take away Gravediggers. Also how is Vernon Davis' x-factor?

Actually lots of people run 3 AKA xfactor D-line player. Cause they are really good.

On defense, unstoppable force, universal coverage and avalanche are worth running. Get rid of others.

I would swap either Gravedigger or Pola-Mao for unstoppable force x-factor since it's the best way to rush the passer.

Vernon davis' x-factor is worth running if you have the ap and throw to him a lot.
