Somehow EA managed to turn the entire UL promo around, it quickly became premier content after getting off to a bit of a shaky start. I would encourage you to draft for position of greatest need, as the whole "best available" player is going to be wildly different based on your needs.
I ended up building a John Mackey set this weekend. Rather than going with Zach Thomas, i ended up circling back to the Derrick Thomas card, using him as an edge rusher than drops into coverage randomly. I know offensive line isn't a sexy choice, but big Kevin Mawae is as elite as they come if the rest of your squad is set.
I suspect you'll be getting a wide range of suggestions here and many/most, if not all of them are potentially correct.

Wouldn't Ray Lewis be above Zach because of height? They both have baked on avalanche.

Would anyone happen to know what the best dynamic ULs are. I only had enough UL tokens to get 2 99s and 1 dynamic BND. since I already got the 99s I wanted, and I'm not likely going to spend any more $ this year, I probably acquire anymore tokens. I was just wondering which dynamic I should get from the set, if anyone could help me with this, I would appreciate it.

I agree with most of what everyone else is saying. Just imo you can find good replacement for alot of the players. Larry Wilson is the only one I can think of rn that doesn't have a good alternative from another promo. For example Ray can be replaced with Nitshke, Payton can be replaced by Lynch, or Perry. Etc... they may not be perfect replacements. I just can't think of anyone that can be a replacement for Wilson at FS. Seems like the best value. Could be forgetting someone.

TTAS Krause with 3 inches and all the. Hem boost is basically 99 everything you'd want.
