Would the cheapest time to buy cards be before or after a drop?

Saturday morning around 10:30 am est can be the best because the UL sets drop, and the is a influx of user activity since it is the weekend which creates more supply to meet demand. So if you can wait till then I would recommend it.

The best time to buy cards is after they have been around for a month or more and when they can no longer be used in sets.

I have been trying to get a few more Super Bowl players, but all the whales have been scarfing up the cards to potentially use them in TOTY.

There are so many people that do nothing but build sets and work on their coin stack all day long. And the mobile app allows people to bid even if they are not logged into the console.
