The day a big promo drops. On the weekend, all the top end cards tend to rise due to people playing more.

Could wait till end of next week, should have an OVR increase next wed/thur. this usually leads to a dip in prices

Best times to buy:

Tuesday and Thursday around 2-3pm Eastern Standard time. Wait for a second dip in prices after new release.
