Best Solos to grind for stats

I've been searching on here and YouTube but can't fight what I'm looking for. Which solos are the best to grind for stats? I remember seeing a video from Swift on YT but can't remember which video it was.. Thanks!

A lot of the stats require it be a seasons or solo battles game at least.  Just do solo battles on rookie or amateur seasons games

Hispanic Heritage solos > Berrios solos > 3rd solo starts you at the 10 yard line. 
 

simple pass for 90 yards and a T, dance at the end to skip the celebration. 15 minutes you have 4000 yards and 45 TD’s. You can Run instead to get the rushing yards.

As well, if you’re looking to knock out the kickoff return yards easily just go into the amateur solo seasons. The cpu kicks off to you so you can run for 90+ kickoff return with the TD and get the extra point. Then just quit the game. Rinse and repeat until you get the kickoff yards you need. Takes about 3 minutes total to get the 450 kickoff yards which is the highest amount I. The xp challenges.
