I'll start off with my vote:

I have just started with Ant..i believe he is better.

Not enuf data yet but my JC was pretty close what u have there so Ant is going to be better.

Ant after 51 Rushing attempts 495 yards

29 btk

156 yards after contact

Yards per carry 9.71

55ypg

Also i burn clock a lot so i dnt go for tds and fall down otherwise stats would be much better

I will report after i have more data.

Elusiveness of Ant is next level...cudnt handle low agility on Henry.. although him and quad are similar

JC was a blast and yes Ant is similar to him. My Henry has 95 agi so definitely not a problem.  The biggest difference for me is the stiff arm. Henry has 99 and Ant has 92. I spam stiff arm and rum wrecking ball on Henry

As long as you are using one of the handful of backs that gets the elite spin move, the differences are so razor thin, a case can be made for any as; 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, etc.  However, my personal preference and order, from best to worst (but use whoever you want, as long as it's on this list):

1. Anthony Edwards (boosted on 40/50 Theme Team, plus Strategy item, etc.) -- it's not terribly difficult to max him out as 99 everything and get him up to 6'7" height, which makes him absolutely elite in the pass game, as well as dominant run game with twirls and spins galore.
2. T'Vondre Sweat
3. King Henry
4. Quadfather
5. ... then everyone else, it's not even particularly close

Dude, me either. Until just last week. I'm fact, I've barely used any skill moves all year, because I was constantly running on Conservative ball carrier settings (in coaching adjustments). Or was the first thing I set every single game. 

Only a handful of players get that glitchy spin move, but all four RBs above definitely do. Add Tank, HJS + Spin Cycle, then hop into practice mode (Offense ONLY) and spend fifteen or twenty minutes twirling around with circle button. 

Just remember to let off the Sprint button (right trigger) before you tap Spin. If you're not playing this way (yet), you are seriously missing out. It's broken to the point it shouldn't even be part of the game. They patched this same shit out of college football last fall. Now here it is in MUT. Zoom zoom.

I definitely try it. I never spin or run on conservative, so would definitely need to practice..Ty for the advice cuz I run 60%

Me too until Henry lol Ant just hasn't been as effective as King. But I run alot and hardly ever throw to RB

Don't walk, RUN into practice mode and try offense only. 

You guys with actual stick skills will pick it up way faster than I did but it's dead simple and you'll know once you've achieved it. 

Ability stack: Tank, HJS + Spin Cycle (with Angry Runs, of course) 

Only requirement is to release the Sprint button (right trigger) before tapping spin. I find it's best utilized to change direction, 180 degrees without losing much speed. It's really nasty. Should NOT be in the game, but it is... and it's totally changed the meta, as not every player gets this feature. 

I completely rebuilt my entire team to focus around big bois who can spin, spin, spin. 💪
