The only thing i don't like about RG3 is that he doesn't get Pocket Deadeye, which is something I love since I don't scramble + throw a ton, so having perfect passing from the pocket is important.
Other than that he's great.

Dan Marino and Joe Flacco are the best pure throwers, Derrick Henry is awesome for running, best for any theme team idk I don't play that way, Lamar Jackson is gonna be the best balance as soon as he is available

budget wise... upgraded Maye is not a bad option if your not too worried about certain abilities... hard to beat free...
but other than i would say RG3
