Who is the best QB. Im confused I've looked at many cards but just don’t know what’s the best with the best abilities

Andrew Luck with 4AP ability stack (SFL + GW) is fantastic for most. His release barely requires Gunslinger, which allows you to free up tons of AP to run other abilities. With Luck as my QB1, i've been able to have TE Apprentice (Vernon Davis, 1AP) + Slot Apprentice (Tyreek Hill, 1AP) and Dri Archer (RB Apprentice OR Jukebox, 1AP) stacked on top, which really offers a ton of flexibility.
However, all that being said, THE absolute best QB in the game right now is hands down QB William Perry OOP card. I don't think anything else comes close, but Andrew Luck is who i am using at the moment.

most of the top QBs get the 6 AP stack of set feet lead, gift wrapped, gunslinger, been loving 94 Vick, won a super bowl with him yesterday, using that stack on him then a 1AP slot apprentice

I'm still using the free Vick...but have read several places that Luck is the biggest bang for the buck.
